Susan Daniels
CEO / CFOSusan has been with Eastex since 1989, starting as Office Manager and growing into the leadership role that now guides the entire company. She manages client accounts, oversees business operations, and is the person most clients talk to first when setting up service.
Daniel Bowen
COO / Laboratory DirectorDaniel started in QA/QC and worked his way to Laboratory Director, overseeing all analytical operations. He's the technical authority behind Eastex's testing capabilities and the person who fields questions about methods, results, and regulatory requirements. He's authored technical guidance on topics from chloramine systems to lead and copper compliance.
The Broader Team
Eastex operates across four Texas locations with laboratory staff, field technicians, and administrative support. Many of our team members have been with the company for 10, 15, even 20+ years. In an industry where consolidation churns staff and disrupts relationships, our retention is one of the strongest signals of the culture we've built.
