TCEQ is requiring direct transcription of sample forms submitted to their electronic records. Any missing information will prompt a Notice of Violation letter from TCEQ.
Pay special attention to sample type in cases of repeat and construction samples (pg 14 of TCEQ Guidance Document RG-421).
Samples without sample time and chlorine will be REJECTED per TCEQ!
